United States Court of Appeals dismisses case against Storm Law Firm client ClearPlay

On March 14, 2014 the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, at the request of The Storm Law Firm, dismissed the case brought by Nissim Corp. against Clearplay, Inc., a Storm Law Firm client. This decision ends nearly ten years of Nissim’s litigation against ClearPlay based on allegations of patent infringement and purported violations of the parties’ settlement agreement—allegations that Nissim failed to prove before the case was dismissed.

The Storm Law Firm prepared the Appellees’ brief to the Federal Circuit and was lead counsel for the oral argument held January 7, 2014 in Washington D.C.
